Return & Refund Policy – Mini Whirl

At MiniWhirl, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality educational toys that inspire creativity and learning in children. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable.

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened or used toys

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@miniwhirl.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mini Whirl is not responsible for lost return shipments.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A description of the issue
    We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
