✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable.

🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@miniwhirl.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mini Whirl is not responsible for lost return shipments.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
